Cyndi Greenglass| Diamond Marketing Solutions
Cyndi is responsible for marketing and strategic solutions and manages the agency services team of data, analytics, creative, and digital professionals. With a strong track record in marketing, strategic planning, and database development, she helps Diamond Marketing Solutions’ clients “market smarter” by providing strategic solutions. Prior to joining Diamond Marketing Solutions, Cyndi launched World Marketing Integrated Solutions, an integrated database and strategic marketing consulting firm. Her background includes 10 years in international business consulting with the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Foreign Commercial Services.
Cyndi is a past president of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing and past chair of the Direct Marketing Association Business-to-Business Council. She currently is on the Board of Trustees for CADMEF. She is a frequent presenter at major DM industry conferences and is an educator at several universities. Cyndi has twice been recognized among the Top 100 BTB Marketers by Crain’s BtoB magazine.

David Martinelli|McDonald’s USA |Digital Marketing
In his current role, David is responsible for the day-to-day optimization and strategic direction on McDonalds.com, our branded Facebook page and 14,500 local Facebook pages, McDonald’s YouTube Channel, Instagram, Spotify, Wi-Fi welcome screen and the McDonald’s branded mobile app.
Prior to his role as Digital Marketing Manager, he has five years of field experience with McDonald’s. He most recently served as the Marketing Manager in the San Francisco market where he applied his talents to driving top results for Northern California and Nevada. Prior to that, David was a Marketing Supervisor in the Rocky Mountain Region where he began refining his passion for social media and driving smart local social media strategies.
David began his career at MillerWhiteRunkle Advertising working with McDonald’s Franchisees in the Spokane area. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a BA in Business Administration, Marketing and International Business.
In his spare time, David enjoys the great outdoors, skiing in the Rocky Mountains and a few rounds on the tennis court.

Kristie Heins Fox| Edelman |SVP Corporate Technology
Kristie Heins Fox is a Senior Vice President with Edelman’s Technology practice in Chicago. In her current role, she leads the Corporate Digital team and is responsible for the digital growth of the practice at large, while also maintaining a focus on driving growth of the Technology practice and the professional development of her team. Kristie’s expertise is in B2B and corporate communications, with a particular focus on the intersection of traditional and digital communications. She was named a “Top Tech PR Pro” by PRSourcecode in 2010 and wrote an article titled “Breaking Through in B2B Public Relations” that was published in 6th edition of Strategic Communications Planning for Effective Public Relations and Marketing.
Kristie is on the Executive Advisory Board of TechWeek Chicago, an annual technology conference focused on start-ups and digital innovation. She graduated with honors from Wake Forest University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in politics with a minor in communications. Kristie and her husband live in Oak Park, IL with their three children.

He received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from DePaul University in 2011 and went on to become the Chief Marketing Officer of Nick's Pizza & Pub - a 2 location restaurant that generates $7+ Million in sales annually. His current venture, Oh! Social, focuses on helping passionate small business owners share their product/service with the world via Digital Marketing.
